Inappropriate Online Behavior and Abusive Language Policy

CAW has a zero tolerance stance against the use of profanity, perceived or expressed threatening language to its staff while providing electronic or in-person services. Our goal is to provide exceptional service while doing so in a safe environment.

CAW's foundation and philosophy is to represent all CAW stakeholders, as well as appreciate the differences in all of us; however, our engagement must be harassment-free. CAW staff are happy to assist our ratepayers and ask to receive mutual respect. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of online service engagement and/or removal of inappropriate language and content on CAW's social media platforms.
