Director of Engineering
Jim Ferguson, P.E., leads Central Arkansas Water’s Engineering Department.
Before joining Central Arkansas Water in 2001, Jim was a chief engineer and director of Collections and Operations at the Pine Bluff Wastewater Utility for 11 years.
Jim has a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. He has been a Professional Engineer in Arkansas since 1988.
